PeopleBookHR is an HR management solution which is especially used for managing employees, duty roaster, documents and many more. Recently it has been implemented in Saad Mahreeb Medical Centre.
Saad Mareeb Medical Centre is an Abu Dhabi based medical clinic center which has started its journey in 1999. They take a comprehensive approach to preventive health care and emphasize maintaining good health through regular physical examinations, by modern medical equipment on highest level. All the departments are manned with highly experienced staff providing accurate reliable and prompt care quality services of international standards.
As it is a medical Centre so it needs to maintain a lot of documents. Additionally, maintaining all employees’ files, duty time, roaster has also created a big problem for them. At this point, they were looking a software which will give them the privilege to manage all these activities automatically. After that we have taken their requirements and designed the solution in a way that helps them to manage the employees, documents, rosters and many more. From then the company is using PeopleBookHR solution and they very happy with the solution.
Actually, PeopleBookHR has designed in a way so that it can create a bridge between the employees and management. Typically, in every organization there has been a gap between the employees and management. Through this solution we have tried to create such a platform so that the employees can be connected with their employers. In employee self-service features employees can share different kinds of photos, post the status and everything which will help to get connected with themselves. Through this the distance between them can be eliminated.
